All Seven Cores

Banking Core

Accounts And Ledger

Account infrastructure for products that need banking capabilities without becoming a bank.

Banking Core provides the account and ledger foundation used to build financial products across multiple brands and jurisdictions. It connects user-facing balances, accounts, statements, treasury, and transaction history with banking, EMI, safeguarding, and account-provider infrastructure.

Record Structure

  • AccountOwnership, currencies, permissions
  • LedgerInternal record of every movement
  • BalanceAvailable / pending / reserved
  • SafeguardingPartner-held client funds
  • ReconciliationInternal record vs partner statement

Core Principle

Accounts Are A Product Surface, Not A Licence

What users experience as an account is a set of balances, records, statements, and permissions. Banking Core owns that surface as shared infrastructure and connects it to banking, EMI, and safeguarding partners, so each brand can present accounts without rebuilding a ledger.

Operating Model

How Banking Core Works

The same sequence underneath every product that uses this Core.

  1. Account

A personal or business account is created against a product model, jurisdiction, currency set, and permission structure.

  2. Ledger

Every movement is recorded in an internal ledger that remains the product's own record of truth.

  3. Balance

Available, pending, and reserved balances are derived from the ledger and exposed consistently to the product.

  4. Safeguarding

Client funds sit with banking, EMI, or safeguarding partners under their authorizations, not with FinDech.

  5. Reconciliation

Internal records are continuously reconciled against partner statements, with treasury and settlement workflows updated.

Partner And Regulatory Boundary

Where FinDech Stops And Partners Begin

FinDech is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. Accounts, IBANs, safeguarding, and settlement are provided through banks, EMIs, and other authorized account providers. FinDech develops the account and ledger technology used to connect products with those partners.

Build From The Core
