Deals Core

Structured Transactions

Infrastructure for creating, funding, proving, completing, and recording transactions between counterparties.

Deals Core turns an informal sale, service, transfer, or agreement into a structured transaction flow. It provides reusable primitives for deal creation, counterparty invitations, conditions, payment collection, documentation, evidence, status changes, handover, completion, and final receipts.

Core Principle

Structure Turns An Agreement Into A Transaction

Most disputes come from transactions that were never structured: unclear terms, no proof, no record of handover. Deals Core supplies the missing structure — conditions, evidence, status, and receipts — as shared infrastructure rather than per-product paperwork.

Operating Model

How Deals Core Works

The same sequence underneath every product that uses this Core.

  1. Create

A deal or transaction room is created with terms, structured conditions, expiry, and usage controls.

  2. Invite

Counterparties are invited through public or private links, with identity and verification hooks available.

  3. Agree

Both sides confirm terms, conditions, milestones, and what completion will require.

  4. Pay

Payment is requested and collected through Payments Core, including payment links and QR codes.

  5. Prove

Supporting documents, delivery evidence, and handover confirmation are attached to the deal record.

  6. Complete

Completion, staged milestones, or exception handling move the deal to a final status.

  7. Receipt

A final receipt and full audit history remain available to both counterparties.

Partner And Regulatory Boundary

Where FinDech Stops And Partners Begin

FinDech does not hold deal funds and does not provide escrow. Protected payment and escrow-like experiences can be supported through appropriately authorized partners where required. FinDech develops the transaction-structure technology used to connect products with those partners.

Build From The Core

Partner with FinDech to develop financial products using reusable infrastructure across crypto, cards, banking, payments, deals, investing, and risk protection.
