1. a payment account, wallet, card, exchange, digital-asset, investment, banking, lending, custody, brokerage, or other financial product;
2. services supplied through a FinDech portfolio brand;
3. a customer portal, developer platform, API, sandbox, dashboard, or other restricted-access service;
4. professional services supplied under a proposal, order form, statement of work, licence, service agreement, partnership agreement, or other contract;
5. services supplied by a bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, crypto-asset service provider, broker, custodian, card issuer, processor, identity provider, or other third party.

Those products and services may be governed by separate terms, regulatory disclosures, privacy notices, service descriptions, and contractual documentation.

Where a separate written agreement between you and FinDech applies to a particular service, that agreement will prevail over these Terms in relation to that service to the extent of any conflict.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you confirm that:

1. you have read and understood these Terms;
2. you agree to comply with them; and
3. you have the legal capacity and authority required to accept them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Merely accessing publicly available information does not create a commercial, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, agency, employment, or other professional relationship between you and FinDech.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to submit an inquiry, request a proposal, or otherwise engage with FinDech through the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that:

1. you are authorised to act for that organisation;
2. you have authority to provide the information you submit; and

The Website presents information about FinDech, its technology, infrastructure capabilities, proposed or existing products, portfolio brands, commercial model, partnerships, and related activities.

The Website itself is not a bank account, payment account, electronic money account, investment platform, crypto-asset platform, exchange, broker, custodian, lender, or financial marketplace.

1. open an account;
2. create a customer relationship;
3. initiate or execute a payment;
4. constitute the issuance of electronic money;
5. create a deposit, custody, brokerage, or investment relationship;
6. entitle you to a card, wallet, credit facility, token, digital asset, or financial instrument; or
7. guarantee eligibility for any present or future product.

Where regulated services are made available through a portfolio brand or commercial implementation, those services may be provided by appropriately authorised third-party institutions and will be subject to separate onboarding, eligibility, compliance, and contractual requirements.

Any applicable regulated status, responsible service provider, safeguarding arrangement, partner institution, licence, jurisdiction, and customer-protection framework must be identified in the documentation relating to the relevant product. You should not assume that FinDech UAB itself holds a particular financial licence unless that status is expressly stated and supported by the applicable regulatory disclosure.

Nothing on the Website constitutes or should be treated as:

1. financial advice;
2. investment advice or a personal recommendation;
3. legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice;
4. credit, insurance, or risk advice;
5. an assessment of the suitability or appropriateness of a product;
6. a recommendation to acquire, hold, dispose of, or transact in any asset, token, currency, security, or financial instrument;
7. an offer, solicitation, prospectus, admission document, or invitation to invest; or
8. a guarantee of financial, commercial, technical, or regulatory results.

FinDech is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general information published on the Website.

The Website may refer to products, projects, concepts, companies, portfolio brands, domains, or services associated with FinDech.

Depending on the relevant product and jurisdiction, a portfolio brand may be:

1. operated directly by FinDech;
2. operated by an affiliate or another group company;
3. developed by FinDech but supplied by another legal entity;
4. operated jointly with a commercial or regulated partner;
5. in development, testing, pilot, waitlist, or pre-launch status; or
6. a concept that is not yet commercially available.

A reference to a portfolio brand does not necessarily mean that FinDech UAB is the contracting or regulated service provider for that brand.

Before using a portfolio product, you must review the legal terms, regulatory disclosures, privacy notice, fees, risk warnings, and company information displayed by that specific product.

Information about a product on the Website does not mean that the product:

1. is available in your country;
2. may lawfully be offered to you;
3. has received any required regulatory approval;
4. is suitable for your organisation or intended use;
5. supports a particular currency, payment method, asset, or customer type; or
6. will be launched on a particular date.

Products and capabilities may be restricted based on residency, incorporation, location, citizenship, customer category, sanctions status, licensing requirements, partner coverage, risk assessment, technical availability, or other considerations.

You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You may use the Website to contact FinDech regarding potential partnerships, infrastructure, integrations, investment, employment, procurement, media inquiries, or other legitimate business matters.

1. oblige FinDech to respond;

A binding commercial relationship will arise only when the relevant parties enter into a definitive written agreement through authorised representatives.

Proposals, pricing, timelines, product descriptions, and other information discussed before execution of an agreement remain indicative and may change.

When submitting information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading.

You must not submit:

1. information you are not authorised to disclose;
2. unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or abusive material;
3. malicious code, executable files, or harmful links;
4. special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process;
5. payment-card details, account credentials, private cryptographic keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or security codes;
6. information protected by another person’s intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or data-protection rights; or

The public contact forms and email addresses displayed on the Website are not intended for transmitting confidential transaction instructions, authentication credentials, private keys, regulated customer files, or security-sensitive information.

Unless FinDech has entered into a written confidentiality agreement with you, submitting information through a general inquiry channel does not by itself create a duty to treat business ideas, proposals, concepts, or other unsolicited submissions as confidential.

This does not affect any confidentiality obligation that applies under law or an existing written agreement.

2. for fraud, deception, impersonation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity;
3. to introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive material;
4. to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its infrastructure, accounts, servers, databases, or connected systems;
5. to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without FinDech’s prior written authorisation;
6. to interfere with, overload, disable, damage, or degrade the Website;
7. to bypass access restrictions, rate limits, authentication, or security controls;
8. to collect personal data from the Website without a lawful basis;
9. to scrape, crawl, reproduce, index, or extract Website content through automated means in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden, circumvents technical controls, or is used to build a competing dataset or service;
10. to use Website content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or operate an artificial-intelligence model without FinDech’s prior written permission;
11. to falsely represent that you are affiliated with, approved by, or acting for FinDech;
12. to use FinDech’s name, branding, domains, or content for phishing, passing off, impersonation, or misleading advertising;
13. to reverse engineer Website functionality except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law; or
14. to assist another person in doing any of the above.

General-purpose search engines may index public pages in accordance with FinDech’s technical instructions and applicable law.

The Website and its contents—including text, graphics, interfaces, layouts, software, source code, design elements, databases, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, icons, brand names, domain names, product names, and documentation—are owned by or licensed to FinDech and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to use FinDech’s trademarks, logos, service marks, trading names, or other brand assets, except as necessary to view the Website in the ordinary manner.

FinDech and portfolio brand names may be registered or unregistered trademarks of FinDech, its affiliates, partners, or other respective owners.

You must not use any FinDech or portfolio branding in a way that:

1. creates confusion about ownership, sponsorship, or affiliation;
2. damages or dilutes the relevant brand;
3. supports an unlawful or misleading product;
4. appears in a company name, domain, application, token, social-media account, advertising keyword, or product name without authorisation; or
5. otherwise infringes applicable rights.

2. identification of the protected work or right;
3. identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
4. an explanation of the claimed infringement;

Submission of a report does not create an entitlement to compensation, unless FinDech has expressly established a separate reward programme.

The Website may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, third-party services, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside FinDech’s reasonable control.

FinDech is not responsible for:

1. loss that was not reasonably foreseeable;
2. business losses, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, contracts, or anticipated savings;
3. loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied;
4. loss caused by your breach of these Terms;
5. loss caused by a third-party website, service, or provider; or
6. loss that could reasonably have been avoided by following FinDech’s instructions or taking reasonable protective measures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you use the Website for business or professional purposes, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. FinDech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss;
2. FinDech will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, data, or business continuity;
3. FinDech will not be liable for decisions based on general Website information;
4. FinDech will not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, portfolio operators, regulated institutions, or external websites; and
5. FinDech’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Website and these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
   • EUR 100; or
   • the amount you paid directly to FinDech specifically for access to the Website during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation, restitution, or breach of statutory duty.

The limitations do not apply to liability resulting from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any liability that applicable law does not permit FinDech to exclude or limit.

If you access or use the Website on behalf of a business or other organisation, that organisation will indemnify FinDech, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and contractors against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

1. its unlawful use of the Website;
2. information or material it submits in violation of third-party rights;
3. its material breach of these Terms; or
4. an unauthorised representation that it is affiliated with or endorsed by FinDech.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by FinDech’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

1. these Terms have been breached;
2. the Website is being used unlawfully or abusively;
3. access creates a security, legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk;
4. a competent authority, court, partner, or infrastructure provider requires action; or

FinDech may preserve relevant records and report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities where permitted or required by law.

You must not use the Website in violation of applicable economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or export-control laws.

You represent that you will not knowingly use the Website for the benefit of a person or entity where such use is prohibited by applicable sanctions or export-control requirements.

Nothing in these Terms obliges FinDech to provide information, technology, access, or services where doing so could expose FinDech or its partners to legal or regulatory risk.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

FinDech may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

1. the Website;
2. FinDech’s business or corporate structure;
3. applicable laws or regulatory expectations;
4. security requirements;
5. third-party services; or
6. FinDech’s operating practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
